Peak Stewards

The Peak Steward Program trains 14er hikers to educate others on alpine specific LNT and USFS regulations in hopes of mitigating environmental damage to high-use 14,000-foot peaks in Colorado. Peak Stewards also count visitors in order to gain an accurate understanding of the actual use of the 14ers.
